Paper Submission

Abstracts and papers should be written in English. Papers in Chinese for Conference presentation will also be considered but they should have an abstract in English. All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, clarity, soundness, and significance by at least two reviewers.

It is mandatory to submit the full paper by the given deadlines; otherwise, it will not be published in the Springer book or the Conference Proceedings. Electronic submission of abstracts and papers via the Conference website is strongly recommended. Please submit here.

Once the abstract/paper has been accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the Conference. Please note that no presentation time can be allocated until the author registration has been completed.

Accepted papers will be included in an electronic Conference Proceedings to be published by the Open University of Hong Kong. Authors of selected papers will also be invited to submit extended versions for publication in the Springer's Communications in Computer and Information Science (TBC). Please follow the proceedings guidelines.
